To order a custom cake or cookies, please fill out the form on the custom cake page. Provide us with all your specifications, and we will get back to you shortly. We will send you an email + invoice and arrange a pickup time and date for your cake. Once your order is payed, the cake is booked.

You can order a ready-to-order cake or cookies by browsing our bakery-shop section and selecting your preferred cake style. Fill out all of your specifications, including pick-up date. Please note that you are expected to pick up the cake at the designated time and date, and if you do not show up or contact us, your order will be cancelled with no returns.

Your cake is beautifully delicate and we want it to stay lovely from the time you leave our shop to the time it arrives at its final destination. Please read the instructions and try to follow them carefully. 

• BY CAR: The safest place for your cake is on the floor of your vehicle. An even, flat space with minimal room for the cake box to slide around. DON’T drive with the cake box on the car seat or on your lap, as it can cause the cake to slope during transportation. ​If you are transporting your cake to a destination that is further than 30-45 minutes away, DON’T turn on the heather and if possible turn on the airco. And watch out with direct sunlight through the windows on the cake on warm days.
• BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You might want to bring a big bag to carry the box or carry it yourself the whole way. Make sure the cake box stable and stays straight at all times.
• BY BIKE: You do not want to collect your cake by bike. Trust us on that one.

Most cakes and treats need to be stored in the fridge, because of the use of buttercream, preferably in the original box. You will be informed how long in advance the cake should be taken out to room temperature before serving, depending on flavor & weather, normally between 30-90 minutes. Keep the cake somewhere chill, and NEVER EVER in direct sunlight.

The cake can be stored up to 5 days after PICK UP. If there is cake left after your event, you could also wrap the cake in foil and store it in the freezer for 3 months. We advise you to do this without decoration.

All our cookies come in a sealed bag which make them last for up to 3 months if stored in a cool and dark box. Direct sunlight will make the colours of the cookie fade. 

We will do our best to make the cake fit all of your wishes, including allergies. Most cakes can be made gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, but please note that our kitchen uses these ingredients. Additional costs may apply depending on the size and flavor of your cake.

For custom cakes, it's recommended to give a notice of 2 months, with a minimum of 2 weeks. However, we will try our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Yes, you can! Just include a screenshot of the cake when placing your custom cake order. Please note that each cake is unique and may not be exactly the same. You can also check out our ready-to-order cakes on this page, which feature our signature styles.

We try to not copy cakes one on one. But we can use your chosen cake as inspiration.

We will try our best to make the cake the color you want but understand it will never be exactly the same. Darker colors are really hard to create and need a lot of food coloring, so we try to avoid those. Also, a picture can be deceiving, not all colors are the same in real life.

At this time, we only provide delivery for weddings, business orders, or large bakery orders over €500. Delivery is at an additional cost and will be calculated based on the distance from our baking studio to the delivery location and back, starting at €30.

You can order a ready to order cake by browsing our bakery-shop section and selecting your preferred cake style. Fill out all of your specifications, including pick-up date. Please note that you are expected to pick up the cake at the designated time and date, and if you do not show up or contact us, your order will be cancelled with no returns.

For ready-to-order cakes, the minimum lead time is 10 days before your pick-up date. We prefer orders to be made 1 month to 3 weeks in advance. However, if you have a last-minute request, we will try our best to accommodate it.

Most orders can be made gluten, soy, dairy, and nut-free, but please understand that our kitchen typically uses these ingredients, so we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free. For allergen-free cakes, additional costs will apply depending on the size and flavors, so please fill out our custom cake order form instead of ordering a ready-to-order cake.

Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance. We recommend booking 4 to 6 months before the wedding as the wedding season books up quickly and we have a limited capacity for each weekend.

Yes, we offer delivery service for all weddings throughout the Netherlands. Delivery comes at an additional cost, calculated from our baking studio to the drop-off point and back, starting at €30.

For wedding cakes we calculate a price of €8,95 per portion, additional cost for decoration (like flowers), the time spend on decorating the cake. The starting price of a wedding cake is €195 and we include 1,5 hours of decorating in the portion price. If your design will take more time decorating we will add an hourly rate of €50.

We try to send all webshop order withing 1-3 working days.

Postal cost are from 6,95. Orders over 75 euro are free of shipping costs.

At the moment we only ship within the Netherlands and Europe.

Webshop orders can be canceled or returned, please send us an email about your order and the reason you want to cancel or return.

Bakery orders can only be canceled a certain amounth of time in advance.
